If you are planning a dinner party for friends and have a menu in mind and need help with wine choices – we can help. Via a tasting of 6 wines including champagne and a dessert wine, we’ll give you the confidence to select great dinner party wines – from aperitif through to digestif, including what wines to pair with fish, meat and of course, cheese.

The World of Wine

This is an opportunity to taste exciting wines from around the world and brush up your wine expertise at the same time. Tom has carefully selected 3 white wines and 3 red wines, from as far afield as France, Lebanon, Argentina and New Zealand to demonstrate the variety and the high quality of wines now available here in the UK. This is a rare treat and is for someone who enjoys wine and wants to become more knowledgeable.
