The Pecorino cheese has uniquely been slowly aged to allow it to develop its own character before being introduced to the truffles. Once truffles are added & permeate – the flavour changes again, creating this unusual, but firm favourite of any truffle loving cheese connoisseur.
INGREDIENTS: Unpasteurised sheep’s milk, black Summer truffles min.5%, organic extra virgin olive oil, salt, rennet and natural flavours (the rind is NOT edible).
